Deborah Fritch - Founder and Director 

Deborah is passionate about mobilizing and equipping the Body of Christ to engage in an intimate, fiery relationship with the Lord. In 2005 she felt the call of the Lord to become a "fire starter" and serve to help others ignite a passion for Jesus through day and night worship and prayer. Lite the Fire was launched in early 2006. She has written articles and training materials and spoken at numerous conferences. Currently, she and the team at Lite the Fire are spearheading "AZPray", a prayer initiative which was launched in 2008 to mobilize non-stop worship and prayer throughout the state of Arizona.

Keith Barnes - Director

Keith is on Fire for the presence of God and seeing God unite and equip His people so His Glory can transform the world! As a young leader he has been involved in gathering people together to pray for over a decade. In the beginning of 2007 he asked God what was the "next step" and the vision for AZPray was born. Currently he and the Lite the fire team are spreading the fire of God across Arizona and are entreating the Spirit of God for the Nation. He also works with High school students in growing them in there relationship with the Lord and in discipleship. He is up for anything that brings people into the Spirit of God to hear His Heart and then going out to Bring Glory to His name!
