In 1975 the Lord clearly showed both Bill Bright and Loren Cunningham that there are seven spheres of influence, or "mind-molders"; that shape society and hold the keys to global harvest. These seven mind-molders shape human belief systems and propagate the worldview and culture of a society.

These are often called seven mountains and became known as the "Seven Mountain Strategy".

It identifies: The Church, Family, Education, Media, Arts & Entertainment, Government and Business.

These are the seven areas that must be targeted for mass revival and reformation to be ignited!

On January 8th, 2010 we officially launched the "Family Torch". Donald and Hope Hoffman received the torch along with the assignment to become Lite the Fire's Family Mountain Directors.

Hear from their hearts what hosting the "torch" has meant to them:

"As a result of our decision to invite God to invade our lives we have been forever changed.  His presence and His peace surround us, and it as if there is an open portal from heaven to hear from our Father.  We believe that this is God's strategy to restore families, to turn the hearts of fathers back to their children and to see families infused with strength and purpose.  To us, hosting the torch, the presence of God, in our home is an honor beyond words!  We believe that the family is the pillar of our society and as the family is restored so will the nation be restored!

Our family carried the torch for the month of January, fasting and praying for the restoration of the family altar!  In the beginning of February we began"passing" the torch to other families.  We have been receiving amazing testimonies of God's presence to change lives in homes as people have taken the torch and invited His presence to their homes!! We are excited to play a part in facilitating the move of God to individual families! Some have taken the torch for days at a time, some for 24 hours...some have had an attitude of prayer and worship in their homes, some have prayed continually for 24 hours...some have invited others to their home to pray, including neighbors, prayer groups, friends, etc...while others have held a private vigil with immediate family...special places to carry the torch (whether in hearts and/or special physical places) in homes have been prepared; ALL have experienced the blessing of the presence of the Lord! 

God has shown us that there will be a waiting list with many families desiring to host the torch in their individual homes.  We envision "homes of prayer" throughout Arizona and beyond, hosting the presence of God and drawing others to Him!"
